Clinic Policies

At our clinic, we prioritize our patients and scheduled surgical procedures by appointment to ensure everyone receives ample time. While occasional appointment delays are inevitable, rest assured that emergency cases will always receive top priority. We strive to see each client on time and appreciate your patience.

We offer drop-off appointments for your convenience. Simply bring your pet at a time that works best for you and leave your furry friend with us for a couple of hours. Our doctors will examine your pet in between appointments or during a time reserved for admitted patients in the morning. Once the examination is complete, our doctor will contact you to discuss the diagnosis and provide detailed discharge instructions.

At our clinic, we prioritize the safety of all animals in our care. Therefore, we require that all vaccinations be up to date. While we do our best to make our patients comfortable during visits, they may experience some unease due to new surroundings and other pets. For this reason, we kindly ask you to restrain your pet on a leash or in a pet carrier before entering the waiting room.
