Additional Information on Surgery Package:
Any pet that is over 5 years, Bloodwork is required (an additional charge)
Any pet that is over 5 years, I.V catherization and Fluids are required (an additional charge)
Any female pet that is in heat for a spay surgery is an additional charge.
Any male pet who has not had both testicles decend for a neuter surgery is an additional charge. (cryptorchid)
Any pet over 50 lbs. undergoing either Dental scaling / Spay / Neuter, is an additional charge.
